The Story Behind
Growing up in a large Italian family, Catherine's cooking and entertaining have always been the heart of her family gatherings. Her culinary skills and passion for bringing people together around the dinner table are legendary within her circle. Catherine soon realized that the Antipasto, a traditional first course of an Italian meal, also referred to as Charcuterie, often starts to warm up to room temperature from fridge to table and loses its freshness.
These charcuterie boards are designed to keep food cool and fresh for hours, ensuring that every bite is as delightful as the first.
Driven by her desire to maintain the quality and freshness of her charcuterie spreads, Catherine embarked on a mission to find a solution. In 2015, she combined her love for food and entertaining to create GIGICool.
